Which version of SE are you using? SudokuJigsawExplainer (2021.4.7)? This SJE is no longer available/supported.

The last version of 1to9only's SukakuExplainer (2022.1.4) rates the ED=10.4/10.4/2.9 JSX as ED=9.7/9.7/2.9.

I have not tried any of the others.

Yes, I rated with the good old JigSawExplainer. Is 9.7/9.7.2.9 before changes are made in the chaining order(latest commit)?

FYI, the latest commit has a problem, it will be replaced next week.
