I've contacted Pappocom to help me install Sudoku. I get error message Source file not found: C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\MIMARS~1\INSTAL~1\{FB505~1\{C8A52~1\OFFLINE\0\Sud.exe. Verify that the file exists and that you can install it.

Being completely new to computers, I asked the Dell Tech Support guy for help. He checked my computer and said I don't have that file and that I should contact you.

I had earlier installed Sudoku fairly easily, but had a computer glitch and the Tech had me back my programs up to a date previous to the date I installed Sudoku successfully the first time. As a result, I had to buy the program a second time, which is no problem, except for the fact I can't get it to work.

I have Windows XP Home version and I'm pretty sure I've got the pack you say is necessary to run.

Can you help please?
