I've always liked http://www.menneske.no/sudoku/eng/ (a nice selection of variations in addition to "vanilla" puzzles) and his http://www.menneske.no/sudokugt/eng/ (for greater-than/less-than sudoku puzzles). Several others, but that will get you started.
