This took 10 hours to rate, and even checking its validity takes SE ~10s.

Thanks. I'm using version 1.18.1, which I recently downloaded. Is that not the latest?

I have some more in the pipeline - let's see what they rate at.

SudokuMonster's SukakuExplainer latest released 2021.9.23 is 1.8.1.
1to9only's SukakuExplainer latest release is 2022.1.4.

There are implementation differences between the two, but they both have threaded chaining so rating times should be about the same!!

Also the times shown would depend on the processor used, the newer/faster the better, and the more cores (threads) help in the chaining bits.

It was reasonable to expect such ratings, given that the highest rating for an x-sudoku, as far as I know, is ED=12.0/12.0/8.1 .

Yes, I found that higher one too in my pipeline, which is now empty. There were no more 12+s, so I'm stoping now.
