A lot of forums sites have a games forum, so why doesn't this one?

Or is this the games forum?

I think we think that Sudoku is the game, 999, but anyway here's another you could play

I consider the definition of a "game" to be something involving winning and losing, and I do not see that element in Su-Doku, as champagne in the Times hardly counts as winning, and the solving pocesses are more important than the solution. Therefore Su-Doku is not a game.

Suppose I want to start a "game" on these forums like on other forums. Can I just post straightaway or is there something that I need to do first?

Well, the topic of these forums is Sudoku, so if you want to post something non-Sudoku related, this would be the place to do it ;)
