The 4 coloured extra regions have also to contain the digits 1 to 9 only one time.
This can be solved by max an x-wing, so not that hard, but nice to try by hand.

I found out that changing one given gives another puzzle that solved the same way!

You also can change the lonely 3 or 9 in 5 or 8. Keep them lonely. Nice puzzles !
