I had the program up and running perfectly on my computer and then suddenly...
When I try to open the library I get this error message: "Exception thrown while loading/validating XML. Access denied."
I believe the program doesn't any longer accept the registration code/name either.
I have tried uninstalling the program and re-installing. Same problem.
It was working. Now isn't.

Something has happened to your version of Windows since you installed Sudoku. Presumably you have lost some vital component of XML. The component existed when you installed Sudoku, as otherwise the installation of Sudoku would not have proceeded.

You will have to repair your installation of XML. You might be faced with a re-installation of Windows.

Yup, you were right.
Big hassle. Had to reinstall windows.
But it is now up and running again and I'm spending far too much time solving sudoku...
