Have just installed trial version without any problems but when I open the program and clicked on "library" icon a message pops up saying "cannot access library book data Your computer needs to have MSXML4 installed."
I searched and found it is installed in C:\windows\system32\
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The installation of XML on your computer may be only partial or perhaps it is corrupted. There must have been enough XML there to be recognized as such by the installation program, but not enough to be recognized by the Sudoku program itself.
I suggest you go to the Problems when downloading prerequisites topic in this Support forum, and manually download the XML SP2 package and install it afresh.
If that does not work, it may be necessary to manually remove the XML traces already on your computer first. Send me an email (using the email button below) and I will take you through the steps necessary to achieve that.
