I dowloaded steps 1, 2, & 3 in the prereq instructions. For 1 and 3, it told me I didn't need them with Windows XP. #2 loaded okay. I then selected to download your game programs, when I press RUN, it tells me the Download is corrupt and to reload the program.

I tried to redownload but I keep getting the same error. I have purchased the program and then downloaded the software after receiving my email with the code but i cannot load the game.

Downloaded the "large" version. When I selected RUN after the download, I still got the "corrupted" error.

Could you tell me the size of the file? It may be that the file is not being fully downloaded.
