Please email me (using the email button below), giving your Tracking ID or Order ID or another identifying details, and I'll find out what's happened to your email.
This might be a good opportunity to mention, however, that a lot of these "missing" emails actually end up in Spam filters or some such thing, so it might be an idea to look through the debris in your Spam directory to see if there is an email from RegSoft (my e-commerce agent).
Of course, some Spam protection systems actually delete, not divert.
