Created a jigsaw sudoku today. Needs basics + some of (x-wing, xy-wing, skyscraper, xy-chain).
Hint: first 4 rows - first 3 boxes form a complete set of 1 to 9. Also for the last 4 rows - last 3 boxes.
To complicate things: there are no givens in those 2 extra regions.

Very interesting layout. Only 2 givens in the cross-regions.

Other design:now with diagonals and only 9 clues, some are rated above SE 12.0.
