CCB-F error message

Postby davez » Wed Mar 15, 2006 2:38 am

I accidentally changed the date on my computer and when I set it back to the correct date, sudoku would not load and gave me the error message CCB-F and suggested I contact the author. Please help. Thanks.

Your system clock appears to have been set back, possibly in an attempt to defeat the security system on this program. Please correct your system clock before trying to run this program again. If your clock is correct, please contact the author of this program for instructions on correcting this error (report code CCB-F).

Someone accidentally changed the date on my computer and when I set it back to the correct date, sudoku would not load and gave me the error message CCB-F and suggested I contact the author. I still have about 2 weeks left on my trial version and I would like to use it fully. Please help. Thanks.

I had to force shutdown of my computer and got this error message too on the next reboot. I didn't touch the clock. I should have 2 weels left on the trial.

CCB-F Error message

Postby mwetterman » Fri Jul 28, 2006 3:24 pm

I have made no changes on my computer and received this message when I tried to open the game today. I should still have 22 days on the trial. What do I do? I noticed that I am in a different time zone from this forum. My current time is 10:28 AM and I believe your time is 5:28 PM.
Where are you located?

Hi mwetterman,

The forum clock is a separate thing and should have no impact on Sudoku the program. There will be an email waiting for you about the clock trouble.

clock problem

Postby rdlander » Wed Aug 09, 2006 10:30 pm

I am having the same problem with the clock. I downloaded the program file in a different time zone, and a couple of weeks later wanted to play again and could not. I don't remember if I bought or just had the demo, but I would like to run the game again. Will buy if I have not already.
