I have downloaded the program, during installation it says it needs Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 Runtime Service Pack 6, I click the next button to install the pre-requisite , it then tells me the computer needs to be restarted, I click on ok once the computer restarts it goes through the above process gets to the same point and does the same thing over and over and over and over again. aaaaahhhhh!!!!!!! can some one help me please

It is not often necessary to explicitly install the Visual C++ Runtime SP6 prerequisite, because Windows XP has all the necessary files built in to it. Can you tell me which version of Windows you are running, please?

Unfortunately, getting the files you need "manually" is much harder for this prerequisite than it is for the other three.

Can you send me an email (using the email button below) and I will get some more information from you and suggest some steps to take.
