If you guys want to try a really cool new twist on Sudoku, check out Sudoku Puzzle Blast on Pogo.com:

It's like Sudoku mixed with a jigsaw puzzle, which is a totally different way to play. Of course, if you know what you're doing, it's really simple on the default "Beginner" level. There are 7 total difficulty modes, though, and they also have a Rotation feature that makes the puzzles much harder. Give it a try - I really enjoyed playing it!
