Hello,

sometimes when I start the program, I receive the error message "Access violation at 0x00403920 (tried to read from 0x1b413f5d), program terminated". After that message, next time when I start the program, some settings are lost - like windows size.

I have WinXP with SP2 with latest patches, my account has administrative privileges.

The problem isn't reproducible, happens sometimes.

There is no obvious reason why this should be happening - at least, the reason is not obvious to me.

You say your account has administrative privileges. Does that mean the program is installed in the Administrator account, or is it in a User account that has been granted permissions for this program? If the latter, maybe the permissions have not been set adequately.
