These were rated using a version of 1to9only's SudokuExplainer, which has the BUG issue reported in 'Q' fixed.
1to9only's SukakuExplainer (version 2013.3.14) also has the BUG bug fixed, and should produce the same ratings.
SudokuMonster's SukakuExplainer will give different ratings for some of the puzzles.
