BTW there was something really amazing about this puzzle. After a basic clue markoff, not counting singles, there was an incredible number of candidates remaining 318, yes, that's right, 318.

AFAIK the previous record was held by Tungsten Rod, with 253 candidates after a basic clue markoff. Luckily there were 13 singles at the start, which brought the candidate count post initial singles to a more modest 202.

Some counts for other famous puzzles : Champagne Dry 239, Golden Nugget 242, Second Flush 235. It looks like no other puzzle even comes close.
