Here's an xmas themed sudoku puzzle (it looks a bit like an xmas tree in a pot)

---3-7---
--9---4--
---2-1---
--5---9--
-4-----3-
--8---3--
-7-6-2-4-
9--483--2

This puzzle has another interesting feature. If it was published in a newspaper, it would be classified as hard, but if you change the 8 in the middle of the bottom row to a 1, it becomes an easy puzzle. I'm not sure how often changing one hint has such a drastic effect on a puzzles difficulty!
