There is 16 at r7c1 and r1c3. They are connected by 6 in r6c1 and r6c3. So the 1 in r7c3 should be eliminated, as it can be reached from both 16 cells. Where do I get wrong?

There are 4 6's in Row 6, the other 2 at c89, so there is no W wing. Leren

So there are only two allowed to connect the candidates. I did not find this condition in the document. Thanks!

They consist of two bivalue cells with the same candidates, that are connected by a strong link on one of the candidates.
