Sudoku is registered to someone, i am sure. Founder, the judge, nikoli ?But i have a confusion who has the commercial rigths ? I am prepearing a weekly commercial publishment, do you have any idea that what i will pay for the rights ?

sudoku x is a registered trademark. but sudokus are like crosswords but with numbers. If you compile your own puzzles you are free to sell them as you see fit.

Nikoli has the rights to the name "sudoku" -- but not the puzzle itself --within Japan.
