what is next move 2 ?

another one sudoku, but i can't see here any XY or X-wing (the only XY i see is 39 <-> 49 <-> 34... but can't use it)

A hidden pair in Row 4.
Since 2 and 8 exist only in r4c3 and r4c8 therefore eliminate 3, 5 and 7 from r4c8.
