Pappocom's Sudoku first appeared in the Conway Daily Sun, New Hampshire in September 2004, and it has appeared in The Times (of London) since November 2004.
Don't be put off by some of the complicated-sounding posts in these forums. In some parts of the world they have gotten quite expert already. If you want help, just send in your question, and you are certain to get a friendly reply.

Just a temporary note ...
These two papers are closely allied, and it appears they may have shared their pool of puzzles. I supplied a different stream of puzzles for each paper, but I guess they liked them so much they wanted to share.
Anyway, while we get that sorted out, you may find some unexpected results when looking for solutions to the puzzles from these papers.
In the meantime, if you are wanting a solution for the Beaufort Gazette and it doesn't seem right, please look up the equivalent first-5-digit code in the Island Packet (and vice versa).
