Reasonably sure paz, though I'm no way near as expert as many here.
I think there is a double in row 6 and using that information you should be able to put a number in R6,C4. Wait for somebody to verify that if you prefer.
You sure can fill in a number in row 6. (I added the row 6 hint in my first reply too...)
And the puzzle has moved on based on my first hint the number 3 in r1c1 is filled in, but that wasn't exactly a complex move (and it sure wasn't worth a re-post in a new thread)...

You have two candidates on row 6 that will only go in two cells (no others). These are 7 and 8 in R6C5 and R6C6 if you eliminate them from all other cells in that row, you should be able to fill in number 3 in R6C4.
