Very Hard Puzzle solution?

Got completely stuck with this VERY HARD puzzle Any ideas on a way forward

Hi,

There is an "X-wing" of 1s in rows 4 and 7. I don't know if you know what this means?!?... If not then it is a method exclusive to the Very Hard puzzles - there is a long discussion on the "The Times" section of this site; look for the "Very Hard" thread.

From this you will get to a situation where there are only two places on row 6 for digits 1 & 5. That will help you with the value for r5c8 - it's plain sailing from there....
