Since r5c5=7 and r9c6=7 are the only DP-busters in c5 and r9, the endpoints of your chain are certainly correct. This covers all the AUR cells with extra candidates and is therefore sufficient.

You have the right idea, but your notation is incorrect because of "... =47)r89c5 = ...".
I suggest:
(7=3)r5c5 - (3=5)r2c5 - (35=47)r89c5 -UR- (47=8)r89c7 - (8=6)r9c8 - (6=257)r9c246 => r6c6, r89c5 <> 7
You can take advantage of the potential Hidden Pair in [c5] to shorten your chain. You can also add r9c8 to your ALS.
