I have a two step solution but I believe a one step solution is possible......

2: (3=9)r9c4-r2c4=(9-5)r2c9=r2c8-(5=8)r4c8-(8=3)r5c9*-r4c7=3r3c7

Another basic error. I played Dan's W-Wing but for whatever reason I didn't think it was enough, so I played an M-Wing as well.

Instead of the M Wing there's a "fancy" W Wing:
