I went "fishing" for a solution and found an:

SdC(45689)r123c2 = [9r8c2-r8c1=r3c1-(9=8)r3c7-(8=5)r9c7-r8c9=5r8c2 Conflict => r8c2<>9
Thus SdC is true => r79c2<>56, r1c3<>7

Just for something entirely different: 'Pattern overly method'
Inspection shows there are only 3 possible patterns for 5, and 3 for 9.

1. No pattern (aka template) of 5 passes through r179c2 and r7c9, so r179c2, r7c9 <> 5 (nb X-wing on 5's gives same result)
2. Patterns for 5 all pass through either r1c7 or r8c2, therefore one of these must contain 5. One of the patterns of 9 passes through both these 2 cells and must be false,
and can therefore be rejected. The remaining two patterns of 9, both pass through r8c1, therefore this can be assigned the value 9 => stte.
