First r2c6 has candidates 16, but because the 6 in box 3 must be in row 2, r2c6=1.

But you will need an advanced technique then, e.g. this xy-chain:
Either r2c4=2
or r2c4=3 => r3c4<>3 => r3c3=3 => r9c3=4 => r9c5=2
=> r7c4 and r1c5 cannot be 2

This one is a bit shorter:
Either r3c4=3
or r3c4=6 => r7c4=2 => r9c5=4 => r9c3=3
=> r3c3<>3
