In one paper Sudoku, I have reached this in the end:

IMHO, that has two possible solutions. Maybe I had done some fault before, however. Original Sudoku was:

IMHO, that has two possible solutions. Maybe I had done some fault before, however.

I don't see any fault or any two solutions. Continue solving.

Immediately you can see r9c4=2 and r6c6=8
After placing them, you can see r9c6=7, r6c4=5, r4c4=1 and r1c6=1
After placing them, you can see r1c4=8 and r4c6=2
That is the only solution
