So usually when your stuck in Sudoku you pick a cell usually with a few possibilities and see what you can net or what can be revealed by forcing chains. However when you pick 2 cells instead and see by forcing all the chains if the same cells are effected by both sets of forced chains you could make a game out of it. So what you do in this game idea is pick 2 cells and if you want to use a more advanced technique on top it costs you a point and you get 0.5 points for every partial solution to a cell and 1 point for every full cell solution until the grid folds.
