The puzzle has 180 Deg rotational symmetry with digit isomorphism [19] [28] [37] [46] + [5] => 1. r5c5 = 5, 2. r2c8 <> 9 and 3. r2c2, r8c8 <> 46 (at various stages) followed by stte after symmetry move 3.

In between the 3 symmetry moves the solution progresses with basics and a skyscraper.
