I don't see an "EASY" there

EASY is relative if Almost locked sets (xz or xy) are considered easy

I can't see a short solution....

even with a couple of ALS-xz, it opens up to hit this (57 known clues):

The xy chain starting in r3c1 and ending in r9c3 eliminates the 9 in r1c3. It's all singles from there.
