Can someone help me, I nearly always get to the end of a hard puzzle and have alot of naked doubles and triples and don't know a technique or way to sole the puzzle.

There are many techniques and ways to skin a cat.
You should post a puzzle, where you are stuck, and we can show you, which methods would help you.

If you don't know them, x-wings, xy-wings, skyscrapers, w-wings might be, what you need.
