Are the sunday times sudokus made by a different person or program thatn the daily times ones, they seem to have a different style?

They are by Pappocom, yes, but they seem to be a new level of difficulty (what is called Very Hard in the computer program) than the ones that appear during the week and on Saturdays. Also, they're in a different colour and font!
