I haven't been able to find or get SudoRules. Can someone tell me how to do it, please.
I can't find anything on the Net, and all I can find in GitHub is information about it, but no clue to access or download it.

SudoRules is the part of CSP-Rules dealing with Sudokus: https://github.com/denis-berthier/CSP-Rules-V2.1
It includes a detailed user manual, in the "docs" folder.

I have downloaded the package CSP-Rules-V2.1 but am unable to locate an exe file in CLIPS to start the program or GUI in Windows.
Attempts in the command prompt have also been unsuccessful.

Hi Yogi
There's a clips.exe file in the CLIPS directory. You can start it like any .exe program on Windows.
