I'm sure there's many places. The one I use is
http://www.websudoku.com

Go into the options to turn on the timer, and to allow "pencll scratchings" on the puzzle. It's much more fun that way.

Hi uigrad,

I'm convinced you mean well, but placing a link to a respectable sudoku source in this topic does not seem a good idea to me.

This topic is here to warn other players about invalid sudokus.

cheers,
Ruud.

[Note by Pappocom: I have split these posts from the "Sudokus of Shame" topic, and given them their own topic.]

Here is a site that has all manner of Sudoku information:

We will not have shameless advertising on this site, even if it is sudoku related. Luna

Hope it helps...

There is not a single iota of information on your site.

Just a shameful collection of ad links. Fortunately for you, we do not have a Sites of Shame topic yet.

Ruud.

Give me a hint on how to get puzzles, on levels.

I got completed grids on what I thought were obvious answers, in french.

Sorry to be late, I was away for 2 days.

Puzzles are organised in sets of 4, with increasing difficulty, published each day.

Here is how to access to the puzzles :

1- Type a set number in the ARCHIVES box (from 1 to current n° of the day, shown in the first line) and click AFFICHER : your entry becomes the selected set of 4 puzzles, shown in the first line.
Or leave blank for the set of the day.

2- You can then :
a- ask for a PDF page with this set of puzzles 4 by clicking PDF a Imprimer

or

b- play on line by clicking JEU EN LIGNE. Select the difficulty level :
Facile= Easy, Moyen=Medium, Didfficile=Hard, or Expert.

Below the puzzle, you can check or not following boxes :
- "Afficher les valeurs possibles" to show the remaining possibilities of the cell you browse over
- "Verifier les valeurs saisies" checks the validity of your entries
- "Afficher / Masquer la solution" shows / hides the solution

Note :
- no advanced technique is necessary up to level 3 (hard), and the toughest techniques used for the Expert level are XY-wing, UR.
- set numbers below 200 are in general easier
==> you will not find very hard ones here !

Hope you will enjoy.
