I know this is probably obvious to someone, but I'm stumped. Been looking at this for the last half-hour and can't find any more candidates to eliminate.

Any help? I have entered all the possible entries in each block, but nothing's jumping out at me...

"X-wing" in the 7's:

R1C4,R1C5
R5C4,R5C5

.'. R5C3 can't be a 7...

(actually, you don't even need an X-wing. The fact that 7 must be in the middle row of the middle block is sufficient.)

Or, just look at where the 7 can be in row 4.
