Advanced methods and approaches for solving Sudoku puzzles

Stuck

I need some help again. I've taken this puzzle as far as I can. Any hints will be appreciated.

{1367}{1356}{13567}{2}{167}{9}{4}{568}{168}
{8}{16}{1679}{156}{4}{57}{179}{2}{3}
{4}{1256}{12569}{3}{16}{8}{159}{569}{7}
{13}{1238}{123}{18}{12379}{1347}{6}{34789}{5}
{36}{7}{2356}{568}{2369}{2345}{23589}{1}{248}
{9}{123568}{4}{1568}{12367}{2357}{23578}{3578}{28}
{2}{36}{367}{9}{35}{1}{3578}{345678}{468}
{5}{4}{136}{7}{8}{23}{123}{36}{9}
{137}{9}{8}{4}{235}{6}{12357}{357}{12}

Also, is there a way to export from sudoku? It would save time and the significant possibility of error over manually keying the above.

Thanks.

With Simple Sudoku (http://www.angusj.com/sudoku/), doing Edit/Copy then paste appears to paste both the partial solution grid and the candidate grid for the current state of the puzzle.

Thanks to you both. Jeff, I think I'm getting a flat forehead from slapping it. I can't believe I didn't see that!:)
