This is a moderate puzzle. I have gotten to this stage and can't figure the next step.

I suggest starting over, since you have two 7's in row 4, two 8's in column 8 and two 9's in column 9.

Your row 4 has 4 errors.
Try from here and see if you can solve it?

Hint: Where can you put a 3 in column 3?
