Well what have you found so far?

There are four naked pairs, one each in row 3, column 3, blocks 2 and 3. Then some block/row interactions (block 4 / row 6, and block 7 / row 9) and a block/block interaction with blocks 2 and 5.

Then you have r7c4=5.
