1. Cancel 2 in 1st/3rd row in sector 1 (upper left);
2. Cancel 3 and 8 in 2nd column;

game unblocked. here is the solution

Hi,

After elimination of the 2b1 with alignment 2r2C12, it can be solved as follows, with an anti-track :
P'(3r8c2) : -3r8c2->7r8c2->7r7c4->9r9c4->8r9c5->2r1c5->3r1c7 => -3r1c2 => solution.
This is equivalent to the following AIC:
(3=7)r8c2-7r8c4=7r7c4-9r7c4=9r9c4-8r9c4=(8-2)r9c5=2r1c5-(2=3)r1c7 which means that 3r8c2 and 3r1c7 are strongly linked, so 3r1c2 which sees these two candidates can be eliminated.

As ilCactuss said, the 2's in r2c12 are the only ones in row 2. So (locked candidates) one of them must be 2, and you can eliminate 2 from the rest of box 1 (giving the 38 pair in column 2, singles left).
Of course also complicated solutions are possible.

You need to understand what "Locked Candidates" are in the puzzle.

Here is your puzzle solved and the steps used:

I did a tutorial video on Locked Candidates if you are interested:
