Cool, I haven't heard of Grouped Skyscrapers. Is there a tutorial for them online?

I do not see a Grouped skyscraper for this puzzle.
(I see two remote pairs in sequence solving the puzzle)
Notice (7)r9c2. It spoils the Grouped skyscraper.
If (7)r9c7 is false, then we can have (7)r9c6 or (7)r9c2.

My solver's solution using the easiest moves available was :

Code: Select all
*----------------------------------------*
| 8   5  4  | 1  37 9  | 6     2-37  237 |
| 6   1  9  |c37 8  2  |d357   4    d357 |
| 2   3  7  | 5  6  4  | 9     1     8   |
|-----------+----------+-----------------|
| 347 47 1  | 9  37 6  | 25    8     25  |
| 37  9  8  | 2  1  5  | 347   6     347 |
| 5   6  2  |b37 4  8  | 1    a37    9   |
|-----------+----------+-----------------|
| 9   8  36 | 46 5  37 | 2347  237   1   |
| 47  2  36 | 46 9  1  | 8     5     347 |
| 1   47 5  | 8  2  37 | 347   9     6   |
*----------------------------------------*

Two Grouped Skyscrapers on 3 & 7 in cells a-b-c-dd => - 37 r1c8

Code: Select all
*------------------------------------*
| 8   5  4 | 1  37 9  | 6     2  37  |
| 6   1  9 |c37 8  2  |d37    4  5   |
| 2   3  7 | 5  6  4  | 9     1  8   |
|----------+----------+--------------|
| 347 47 1 | 9  37 6  | 5     8  2   |
| 37  9  8 | 2  1  5  | 4-37  6  347 |
| 5   6  2 |b37 4  8  | 1    a37 9   |

You are quite right. Wrong method. Tried solving the puzzle by hand.
