Hi everyone. I am stuck on a sudoku puzzle shown below. The puzzle source is the 27th sudoku problem from the September 2015 edition of the 7 Sudoku Monthly Puzzle Pack.

I'll give an extra hint about Jason's XWing. Look carefully at Rows 1 and 7.
