I got to this point and then Bonk!

Look for a triple in column 7 to make some eliminations.
Then look for two different x-wings occuring in two different digits to make more eliminations.
You will then be able to fill a cell in block 7.

Please reply if you need a more specific hint.

Update: There are two x-wings present at this point, but only one is needed to fill a cell in block 7.
