What is nice in fish notation is that it informs the base and cover sets, and the fin(s) to justify the eliminations.
What is written above is a chain description for a skyscraper (1).
Notice that there is no 1s forming a "square" (like in Cenoman's case).
We have a degenerate X-Wing, so finned sashime X-wing (1) r18\c16 fr8c4.
If (1)r8c9 is false, (1)r9c6 sees the fin and belongs to the cover set (not being in the base set), so gets eliminated.
The whole move would be an almost finned sashime X-wing with the above base/cover set description.
In my resolution (not posted) I chose an almost skyscraper description (my other chain
being slightly different from the one given because it ends at (1)r89c4 instead of (1)r13c6).
