I'd like some software suggestions of ways to rate / grade sudoku grids.
I generated a bunch of sudoku grids based on 8-way symmetry. In a similar way to Serg's post (http://forum.enjoysudoku.com/enumeration-of-symmetrical-patterns-t34409.html#p263121) in the "Enumeration of symmetrical patterns" thread.
I generated 7535 grids and threw them at a number of programs, including:
sk_serate I think I found a link to this in the "software \ Re: 3.77us Solver(2.8G CPU, TestCase:17Sodoku)" thread.

Andrew Stuart's http://www.sudokuwiki.org/sudoku.htm (only selected puzzles)
doing that identified the 364 valid puzzles.
The list below is the "top 25" sorted on sk_serate's output and shows quite different ratings...
Please note that I am not suggesting this a collection of "hard" sudoku puzzles.

I remember hearing about puzzles rated "over 10" (like the Easter Monster); but I don't know what software was used to generate that rating...
Ideally, I am looking for Windows program(s).
