Hi, i'm some what of a noob at this, but getting better.. been stuck on this one for 2days now and im losing faith....

Could someone experienced please give me a tip to solve this?

Fill a cell in box 7 based on where the candidate 5's can be.
Look at box 1 to determine what can be eliminated from column 3.
Look for a triple in box 7 and make some eliminations.
Fill a cell in box 8 based on where the candidate 4's can be.

Please reply if you need a more specific hint.

I had to laugh and cry when you pointed out that 5 in box 7. I must have looked at that blankly for hours and never noticed the most simplest one.

But I have learnt from your tricks and will endeavour to complete a new very hard one tomorrow without help.
