Sky One - Vorderman's Sudoku Live

Postby tabber » Thu Jun 30, 2005 11:55 am

Did anyone see the advert in today's Metro? Sky One - Friday 9pm. A new show called Vorderman's Sudoku Live. Gutted I don't have Sky, i'm almost tempted to buy it just for this. Oh my god... what am I saying....:)

Just says 9 celebs, 9 squares, 9 grand, 9pm. I wonder what the format will be, anyone know?

(Oh, and apologies for people who don't live or work in London, and has no idea what the Metro is)

I saw the same advert in the Daily Mail. No idea what it's about though...........

I'm secure in the knowledge that I already have (access to) Sky. Which doesn't mean I'll watch the program ................then again, I might:)

If the 'giant puzzle' is an example of what sky one think is a good sudoku puzzle, then I don't think anyone without sky one is missing anything. If they do have a live competition I bet you have to ring in on one of those £3 a minute lines.

No fear there. I've just seen Wayne on the telly - he set the prize puzzle for the TV program.

But, as entertainment?... not exactly watchable. I'd rather be on me puter!

Actually, it was quite enjoyable. I managed to get it at 9:35 (not bad for only my second or third puzzle), and the I had to help my mum through the rest.
