Added: Seems that this one solves with a Skyscraper, so no real point in using anything fancier.

That's very neat, and clearly the easiest and the most elegant manual solution for this. I think it could be written as a (pseudo?) one-stepper too:

UR(68)b14 = (4)r5c3 - r5c4|r6c3 =UL(68)b12345= (2|3)r6c5 => -68 r6c5; stte

or:

UR(68)b14 = (4)r5c3 - r5c4|r6c3 =UL(68)b12345= (23)r6c56 => -3 r5c6,r6c8; stte

In both cases also +4 r5c3, but it's not needed for stte.

I'm not sure if it counts as a one-stepper, though. I guess it depends on the exact definition (which I haven't seen). It's a single valid AIC anyway.
