in my school paper they put a sudoku in it. i looked at it and it was bad. it was just not well made. i think a student made it.

The student could be studying hard which limits their time to be good at sudoku. When they pass their exams - which of course is important - then they will have more time to concentrate on sudoku... just a thought

could be it is final exams week.

Final exams are only "Final" if you pass them, not if you have to re-sit them. Try 50 minutes' study to 10 minutes' Sudoku.
